This policy applies to Social Media Manager and its Facebook Page management features.
What we collect
When you use Social Media Manager, we store the account information needed to provide the service, such as your name, email address, connected Facebook account and Page identifiers, Page access tokens, Page profile details, post content, generated content, and available Page insights.
How we use data
We use this information only to connect and manage the Facebook Pages you authorize, generate and prepare content, publish posts when you request it, display available analytics, and operate, secure, and improve the application.
Facebook data
Facebook access tokens are stored encrypted. We use them only for the permissions you grant and only to act on your behalf for the connected Pages. We do not sell Facebook data or use it for advertising unrelated to this service.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to deliver requested features, including Meta for Facebook publishing and analytics, OpenAI for AI content generation when you use that feature, and Canva when you choose the Canva poster workflow. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect a Facebook account from Settings at any time. Disconnecting removes that account and its unshared local Pages, posts, analytics, configuration, and generated files from our database. Nothing is deleted from Facebook. You may also request account-data deletion by contacting the application administrator.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted storage for connection tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your account credentials secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service changes. The latest version is always available on this page. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the administrator of the Social Media Manager instance you use.
