This policy applies to Social Media Manager and its Facebook Page management features.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Social Media Manager, you agree to these Terms of Service and to use the service only in accordance with applicable law and Meta platform policies.
Your account and Pages
You are responsible for your account, the Facebook Pages you connect, and ensuring that you have authority to manage those Pages. Keep your login credentials secure and review connected accounts regularly.
Content and publishing
You are responsible for all prompts, copy, images, and posts created or published through the service. Review AI-generated material for accuracy, rights, compliance, and suitability before publishing. You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or spam activity.
Third-party services
Facebook, OpenAI, and Canva are independent third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. Social Media Manager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta. Availability of connected features depends on those services and the permissions you grant.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, meet legal requirements, or improve the service. AI output and third-party API responses are provided as available and may occasionally be inaccurate or unavailable.
Termination and data
You may stop using the service and disconnect Facebook accounts at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. Data handling after disconnection is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact the administrator of the Social Media Manager instance you use.
